Yes – we have a same day service for urgent issues. Please call our office to arrange a call-out.
2. I have an emergency – can you come now?
Yes, we offer a full range of emergency plumbing services. Just call us and we will have someone there right away.
3. Do you offer a fixed rate?
We don’t offer fixed rates but we do quote before every job and give you an upfront price so you know exactly what you’ll be paying.
4. Can you come out after hours?
Yes we are set up for after hours appointments. Just give us a call to book a time that’s convenient for you.
5. My toilet won’t flush – should I call you?
Definitely! Blocked toilets can be a sign of a blocked drain, or in some cases a faulty toilet itself. If your toilet is blocked or leaking it’s important to get it fixed as soon as possible – give us a call and we will have someone there to sort it out.
6. Do you fit gas appliances?
Yes – if you need a licensed gas plumber to fit or repair your appliance please give us a call.
7. I have a burst pipe – what should I do?
Burst pipes can cause a lot of damage, very quickly. If there is a lot of water coming out, the first thing to do is turn your water off at the mains. Then call our emergency plumbing service to get someone out as quickly as possible.
8. Can you fix a dripping tap?
No job is too small for us. Dripping and leaking taps are not only annoying, they can hit your water bill hard. Call us and we’ll have it sorted in no time.
9. Are you fully insured?
Yes – we are fully insured.
10. Do you guarantee your work?
Yes – we offer a full guarantee with all our work. If you have any issues once a job has been completed please give us a call straight away.
11. Are all your plumbers fully trained and licensed?
Absolutely – All our plumbers are fully qualified and any apprentices we have with us are always under the full supervision of a licensed plumber.
